There isn't much to do but wait till new hair grows, unfourtunatly. For the moment, try lightly penciling in your eyebrow, or filling them in with a taupe or brown eyeshadow. You can promote quicker hair growth by using castor oil, which is proven and cheap.

or if you want you can have it tattoed, it would be better to be permanent, you wont have to have it fixed everetime it grows...
Get them threaded.
try filling them in with an angled brush and some eyeshadow that closely matches your natural eyebrow hair color.
