Why do people wax their eyebrows?

Most women do it and now there are some men who do it also. I was just asking because I get mine waxed I think each month, but it's a real pain. Not that I have to, but it became a habit now. I'll try tweezing them a little, but it doesn't come out as god as when it's waxed by somebody else.Why do people wax their eyebrows?
well you can pluck ( it will take a much longer time rather if you just wax) but in my opinion waxing is a much more efficient way of doing your eyebrowsWhy do people wax their eyebrows?
People wax their eyebrows to get an arch they like. It is painful, but once it is done once, just pluck the hairs that start growing in to maintain the arch. It is easy. Also to get rid of unibrows, but you can pluck that as well.
waxing eyebrows doesnt hurt at all, well once you get used to it. Tweezing is good to do when you have no time to go to the parlour or whatever. i think people do wax cos its much quicker? maybe? and more effective? dunno, cos it lasts longer...i think
women do it so they dont look like men

me on the other hand, i dont do it because i have gorgeously shaped and arched eyebrows
It is quick and easy, the skin is smoother afterwards, and with someone else doing it they can see better than you can

i wish i can give you an answer but i don't wax my eyebrows.
I wax mine because it makes my face look brighter. (If that makes since) My eyes POP!. I hate to pluck because it hurts way too bad.
They wax their eyebrows because they are hairy and dont like them.
i don't but my dad does. some peoples eyebrow needs shaped.
