i've never had either one and is not the first time imdoing my eyebrows.
right now they have no shape so which methos wud be bestShould i get my eyebrows waxed or done with the string?
You meaning thredding? Lol. Thred is better, wax could give you pimples afterwards Plus thred shapes better.Should i get my eyebrows waxed or done with the string?
waxed for sure
i got that string thing done %26amp; im missing the rest of my right eyebrow.
wax its a lot less painful trust me on that. But if your skin is very sensitive tell them they should put some kind of spray on your eyebrows and it will help with the sensitivity.
Also after they are done ask them to put the cooling lotion on your eyebrows as well.
its called threading.
I'm black.
and when i get my eyebrows waxed i always get those white blocks above my brows.
so its very noticeable that I've gotten them done.
with threading its just lighter.
but not as noticeable as the white blocks i get with waxing.
many people say that threading is very painful but i don't find it painful at all.
i don't think waxing is either to tell you the truth.
for my hair texture and skin tone i recommended threading.
just make sure you find someone that knows what they're doing!
The string option seems intresting :)
do the one with the string it looks nicer! :)
string if wax it kinda you know yaaawwwwwww!!!!!!!
String. The wax always irritates my skin.
Either one could end up with you 'missing' part of an eyebrow if they are done by someone inexperienced.
well I've done both and here's what I think:
1. waxing: it causes less pain than threading if you have a lot of hair, cause the threading takes longer thus more pain. it does cause redness however you can use an ointment to fix that I personally use Fucidin.
2. threading: if your eyebrows aren't very thick this can be a better option or you can do it with a string after waxing to do the shape you want.
Both cause redness so use an ointment.
Good luck!
well. when going into the eyebrow field, there are a few things to consider. for instance, your pain tolerance. would you rather have the feeling of skinny razor cuts over and over(threading), or just a few ';slaps on the face'; (waxing). its just about what you are comfortable with. although threading may hurt a little more, the results are more customized, precise, and efficient. it costs about the same as waxing, although the results last about 5 days longer.
My wife loves the string thing. She's done the waxing before. It leaves your skin red for a little while, it hurts, and they aren't as exacting as with the string. The string doesn't hurt and doesn't make your skin red.
I've had both done. When you get your eyebrows waxed, you are going to have redness and there is a possibility of burns from the wax. If you have them threaded with a string, you will have redness too. I prefer threading.
i prefer the string (threading) because it doesn't stay as red as long
also with waxing if you have sensitive skin you can burn or get pimples around that area.
waxed.
string is for re shaping. you need shape first before you can do the string.
Well, it depends. When you get your eyebrows waxed its quicker and less painful. However, I've found that the hair grows back a lot faster than when you get the hair individually strung. The reason why is because when you get them strung, the hair pulls from the root. When you them waxed its just removes the outer hair.
i like waxing better. it just hurts once when they rip the strip off. the threading hurts me the whole time that they are doing it and after it feels like a sunburn.
either way you go if you have someone who knows what they are doing it wont hurt as much as will look fabulous.
Wax for shure! String HURTS! Im 11 and wax is painless.
