How to reduce redness after eyebrows been waxed?

im 14 and have pale skin, but everytime i get my eyebrows waxed they go incredibly red after and stays for a few hours, my beautician puts loads of oils on but it still doesnt die down. any ideasHow to reduce redness after eyebrows been waxed?
could use an ice pack/ice cubes after? wrap it in a towel or facecloth so you dont ice burn yourself

maybe ; calomine lotion , do not use anything with a perfume in it as it will only make it worse , cold water on cotton woll or maybe ice.
