I wouldn't suggest sneaking ever.
To you it's ';just'; getting your eyebrows done. To your mother it will be a ';trust'; issue. You might set yourself up for bigger problems later ';sneaking'; for eye brows now. It sends a worse message to a parent than you may want to live up to later.
What I would tell her is you'd like them professional shaped so you can keep it up on your own following the lines given at the salon. If your mother doesnt agree, then maybe its something you can add to your Christmas list or as a birthday wish??? You can always explain to her you are feeling good about yourself due to the new weight loss and would like to do a few more things to continue feeling good and promoting it all to be permant. Point out that this is just a small thing and not something life altering as if you'd gotten a tatoo or pirecing. Tell her you just want simple things you can feel good about yourself with. I'll bet your mother would be happy to help you. Trust her with it. Don't make her mistrust you.
You could always tell your mother you'd like the eye brows done to follow a professional pattern and then offer to pay for it yourself. Perhaps offering assisance to your mother for the extra cash? Its always a nicer presentation if we also include ways to self pay or at least make an effort of trade to work it off.
I wouldnt try doing this yourself either, I wax mine, and its VERY easy to burn the tender skin around your eyes. Once you do you got the burn for all to see (on your face) until it heals and hopefully don't scar. Its also difficult to get the wax where you want it and not where you don't until you grow a bit more accustomed to it. if your under 18 listen to your mom and ask her first.
You sound young. You really don't need your eyebrows waxed unless they are really overly bushy.
You will have plenty of time when you are older to do this. Everything has a price and waxing causes redness and stinging and some people have allergic reactions.
Maybe your Mom can help you tweeze them to look more shapely if that is what you want.
well...i would be upfront and honest. explain to your mom that due to you losing weight it makes you feel good and you want to even more better your apperance by having your eyebrows waxed. Express to her the importnace behind it and that it will assist with bringing your self esteem and self confindence level up more..which will ultimately make you feel better about school, work, life in general. It only costs about $11.00 to have them done and doesnt hurt. I had my girlfriend do mine once and it wasnt painful at all....very quick.
Anyway if you go behind her back and do it, she will not think of you being as mature as you want her to think you are...if you go to her first she may very well consider your point and agree....just be honest.
Your I am sure your Mom is very happy that you did lose weight.Try telling her ,that by your losing weight, she can see that you are trying, to look as good as you can, and that you think that shaping your eyebrows will make you feel prettier....good luck

and if she's gotten that done before too, then just ask he how it felt
tell her the truth
all moms should understand those things
dont do it without her knowing thatll go over bady
just talk to her abotu it or u can get some tweezers and get someone to do it for cheaper
uhhmm just tell her ur uncomfortbale about them and would like them done and u can upkeep them with tweezers
