Its basically plucking them out, but they use this special string to pluck them out instead of tweezers or waxing. Yeah- using thread twisted in a special way- the result is a more precise eyebrow and it hurts about as much as waxing. Orginated in the middle east/India
actually i have heard of people plucking eyebrows with sewing thread. how the hell they do it its beyond me, but i have heard it.
