They usually do them right at a nail salon. Look in the malls, they should have some there. Or in strip malls. They're all over the place. It's pretty cheap there to have them done in a nail salon too. Plus they usually do a good job!
Go to a frat party and pass out. A good chance someone will shave your eyebrows before morning.
If there's a local nail salon, they usually do them there.
Do you have a hair stylist who does them? Nail salons good choices too. Or go to a day spa.
